Breath-Body-Mind practices are simple to learn and need no special equipment or clothing. Sessions are guided step by step, and you can take part seated or standing, with your eyes open or closed.

Taught by
Patricia L. Gerbarg, MD, is Assistant Clinical Professor in Psychiatry at New York Medical College and a co-founder of Breath-Body-Mind. A Harvard-trained psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, she studies the effects of mind-body practices on stress-related conditions and has co-authored more than a hundred articles, book chapters and books, including The Healing Power of the Breath. She teaches Breath-Body-Mind courses and trainings for the general public, healthcare professionals and humanitarian programs worldwide.
